Being a part of the Diwali Sweet family was great, but this particular batch of Kheer Kadams in our kitchen didn’t grow up to be quite like the rest. Rebellious, sinful and always trying to be more chocolate despite their pure milky upbringing, it wasn’t too long before we entered the kitchen one day to find them coated in something else entirely- notoriously good Red Velvet. The only thing we could do next is cover them in a thick coat of white chocolate & hope no one found out the truth. We hope it’s too late before someone finds out this chocolatey treat is secretly Kheer Kadam!
